Ignition Teams:
Why are teams important?
Ignition is not about one person reaching people and building lives that glorify Christ, but all of us working together. This includes both adult and student leaders. Our goal is to reach out and share the love of Christ with this generation.
ADMIN TEAM: Carma Peters
The admin team works to produce printed material and assists with planning and the execution of all Ignition events. This team handles the organizational side of Ignition Ministries.
COMMUNITY LIFE TEAM:
The community life team oversees the relational side of welcoming guests to Ignition. This team is vital in helping to welcome, connect with, and follow up with all our first time guests.
PRAISE TEAM: Jon Jones
The praise team uses their talents to develop an atmosphere which glorifies God and helps others come into his presence through music, prayer and personal testimonies.
CREATIVE TEACHING TEAM: Kayla Peters
The creative teaching team uses its creative and dramatic abilities to provide dramas, and service enhancers to help Ignition happen.
CAMPUS CONTROL: Monty Sisk
This team works to maintain a controlled environment. They ensure that our campus is safe and secure for all Ignition events.
VOLUNTEER TEAM: Stephanie Bass
Volunteer teams are vital for the operation of Ignition events. They work together to develop a safe environment that allows all students to have fun, play games, eat, or just hang out.
- The prep team prepares the campus for any set up or tear down that needs to be done.
- The cafe team serves the food and beverages.
- The transportation team transports students and leaders to and from Ignition events.
